Our hot, humid climate allows termites to remain active all year long, making the risk of an infestation greater. If your home or business does not have termite protection, it’s only a matter of time before termites find their way inside. Once there, they can cause serious damage to the structural elements of your home, as well as other wooden structures, before you are even aware of their presence. Preventing a termite infestation is the best way to avoid the problems they cause.

Inspection

Regardless of whether you think you have a termite infestation or not, we’ll begin with a thorough termite inspection of your property. We have years of experience and training in where to look and how to spot the subtle signs of a termite infestation. We’ll examine both inside and outside the building to identify any signs of termite activity, as well as conducive conditions that may require extra attention. 

Treatment

Our main termite control treatment uses Termidor®, America’s #1 termite defense product. We will dig a trench in the soil around the perimeter of your house. We then apply Termidor® into the trench and fill it back in. This treatment creates a barrier of protection that termites will walk through without their knowledge. When they do, the termiticide adheres to their bodies, and they spread it to the rest of the colony.

In addition to our main treatment, we can also drill into the slab and apply Termidor® anywhere your home has extension joints. This additional treatment provides further protection for your home.

Follow-Up

Our termite control services come with a five-year re-treatment warranty as long as you keep up with annual inspections. You can purchase these inspections as a subscription program.
