We love our small town community and feel grateful to serve families throughout Sebastian, Vero Beach, and the surrounding areas.
Nicki grew up around small businesses — her father is a local general contractor — and that upbringing instilled a deep respect for craftsmanship, relationships and supporting other family-run businesses. That perspective continues to shape how we run Bug Assassin today.
Our family is actively involved in our community through the local church, music ventures, and our daughters’ schools and activities. We believe strong communities are built through connection, service and showing up for one another.
Our Story
Bug Assassin Pest Management was founded in 2013 with a simple but meaningful goal: to build a pest control company rooted in integrity, exceptional service, and real care for the people we serve.
After working for pest control companies of all sizes, Steve saw firsthand what worked — and what didn’t. He wanted to take his experience and create a company that prioritized doing things the right way: following all laws and product labels, communicating clearly with customers, and delivering solutions that are both effective and responsible.
For us, this isn’t just a business — it’s a commitment to our neighbors and the community we call home.
Steve’s Experience
Steve Pasqualone has been in the pest control industry since 2003. Over the years, he’s developed a deep understanding of Florida’s unique pest pressures — from seasonal changes to the everyday realities homeowners face in our climate.
He approaches every property with attention to detail, respect, and pride in his work. Whether it’s diagnosing a persistent issue or maintaining preventative service, Steve believes in taking the time to do the job thoroughly and thoughtfully.
Customers often tell us they appreciate his honesty, consistency, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing their home is in capable hands.
